Onsite Training Solutions understands that competency development is available outside the delivery associated with a single training program.

Onsite Training Solutions provide all participants with opportunity to demonstrate existing competency and you will be provided with information on how to do this before or at enrolment.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is an assessment process that involves assessment of a participant’s relevant prior learning to determine competency in one or more selected subjects.

To achieve a successful outcome through a Recognition of Prior Learning process, you will need to provide evidence of competency.

Onsite Training Solutions will assist you with the preparation of your application.  You will be asked for existing evidence (e.g qualifications, licences), to obtain evidence (e.g testimonials, referees) and you may be requested to undertake a formal assessment, including knowledge assessment (written and/or interview) and a competency demonstration.
