We operate a little differently from some of the Registered Training Organisations in our sector.

We are deliberately not structured for massive volumes.  Our business model is designed to permit full servicing of our clients throughout Queensland. We value relationships. You will receive the service of one trainer/assessor for delivery at your worksite. Our overhead is not in marketing.  Our trainers and assessors, providing service to you, are our biggest overhead.

We limit the products we offer to ensure that we can provide the best possible service each and every time. We are committed to meeting all the requirements of the National Training System each and every time.   We want qualifications issued by us to be truly meaningful.
