Onsite Training Solutions provides work based delivery of all training products. This provides significant advantage to participants and employers over institutional based or distant learning programs.

Our trainer/assessors provide direct instruction at participant worksites, and support the development of all work based competencies either directly with the participant or in conjunction with the employer.
Flexibility is the key to successful workplace delivery. Trainer/assessor visits are scheduled in conjunction with the employer and participant. In this way training may be integrated with the needs of the workplace; eg during period of intense workplace activity Onsite Training Solution visits may be limited to assessment only or even suspended or training plans may be reordered to take advantage of access to tasks or resources.

For employers, work based delivery ensures that employers are involved with each participant’s training journey so that maximum benefit to the organisation is achieved alongside achievement of competency.
